Plate Twenty is another small piece in the Louvre
Museum, Paris portraying a lion bringing down its prey.
The drawing is so realistic and articulated one can see
the hair standing up on the lion's back.

This scene
is reminiscent of a carved stone frieze at Persepolis,
figure 21. It is also interesting to compare it with
another stone carving, figure 22. This one is from a
15th century Ming tomb in China.
